With incredible building blocks including 1.4m sq ft of office space, 500,000 sq ft of retail, 2 hotels, casino, theatre and cinema the reinvention of retail was an exciting prospect to be involved with. Our brief was to challenge the client’s vision, instigate a refinement of the strategy and bring international brands to the destination. Through extensive research a new strategy was delivered and exciting new brands delivered to Berlin for the very first time.
