This futuristic development would combine shopping, entertainment, eating, living, sleeping and much more. Putting together a mixed-use destination is much harder than it seems. How do you get these uses to be better by being together and who goes where? What we have helped to create has transformed this world class city. After the planning, we then leased the retail space within it. It’s a wee beauty.
